Telecom / Telephony

We provide consultation, sales, installation and support for POTS, Analog, Digital and VoIP technologies, making yours a simple choice of one provider for all of your telephony needs. There is no extra cost to you to work with us. The only “extra” is the additional value we provide by knowing all the providers products and helping you pick and choose the best value from all the available vendors.

What is POTS?

POTS lines, or Plain Old Telephone Service, are standard analog lines that we provide from a number of carriers to provide standard voice dial tone or fax lines. We can help you with new installations of POTS service or with additions to your current lines.

What is VoIP?

Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) is a technology that allows you to make telephone calls using a broadband Internet connection instead of a regular phone line. Some services using VoIP may only allow you to call other people who are using the same service, and others allow you to call anyone who has a telephone number, including local, national, mobile, and international numbers. Our service will work on your computer, or on a special VoIP phone or on a traditional phone by means of an adaptor.

VoIP

is the way telephone calls will be made in the digital age. VoIP turns speech into digital packets that can be stored, searched, manipulated, and distributed to almost any other device that is connected to your network or the Internet! VoIP allows you to connect and use the last remaining unconnected system in your office (your phone system) to your network, and integrate it with your other office systems.

2005 was the first year that companies bought more Internet based phone connections than traditional voice lines, and that trend is going to continue. Why? Because VoIP makes sense and VoIP works!

VoIP

can not only save you money over traditional phone calls, but it can also give you an entire new set of tools to rethink your company’s interaction with its customers. How can CompuCorp’s sister company, VoIP Solutions help you? Contact us to find out!
